My name is Jarrett Greer. I am what many would call jack-of-all trades. My past experience includes leader, contract manager, entrepreneur, handyman, commercial pilot, pipeline management and a variety of related fields and skill sets.

My wide variety of experience in different career fields has exposed me to multiple leadership styles, circumstances, and problems that have helped to hone my own leadership, people, and problem solving skills.

I believe there are many different effective leadership styles that are fitted closely with the leader’s personality and view of reality. One of my passions is learning these styles, adapting to my own style, and working with those leaders to unite their followers and develop a synergy.

It is my intention to share what I have learned, my leadership style, and learn from your leadership experiences.

I plan to address some of my own questions by researching topics and posting on the following topics:

• What are some good leadership resources?
• What would you do in a given situation? (Short case studies)

• Where can you lead? Work? Home? Church? As a volunteer?

• Your questions.

By posting 2-3 times per week, I hope to provide you with some relevant information to help you grow as a leader, and perhaps in some other areas as well.
